SellerHQ provides a platform that connects product brands with authorized independent resellers under standardized agreements. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SellerHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if SellerHQ has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amounts you paid to SellerHQ in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
